The payment of this Deposit and acknowledgement of this Agreement confirms that the Player will be registered for Adamstown Rosebud Football Club in the upcoming season. Formal registration with Football Australia is still required in January, however completion of this Declaration signals your intent to play for Adamstown Rosebud Football Club.
